Warranty Terms and Conditions:

We are not a warranty support center for Apple. Clearly, if you have any questions about the manufacturer’s warranty, please consult your manufacturer for support and services before bringing the product to us.

However, as an out-of-warranty repair service provider for brands and models mentioned on our website, we provide a warranty for the service rendered to the customers.

In Warranty:

We do not provide any warranty for iPhone LCD replacements at the base price. Customers will need to buy an additional warranty at the time of repair from our support staff. Warranty coverage for the replaced parts will be clearly stated on the invoice.

For devices repaired by us, only the parts we replaced are covered. (It may vary from 0 days to 1 year, depending on the parts replaced. It will be mentioned on the invoice we provide after the service. You can get the information on the warranty period for a particular repair from our website)

Warranty starts from the date of returning your device after the successful completion of the repair.

Pick-up and delivery within Dubai city is a paid service. If your device fails and requires service during the warranty period, you will be responsible for the relevant charges, depending on your location. If your area is outside the city limits of Dubai, you will need to bear the cost of a courier service (to and from) to have it repaired at our service center.

You are eligible for a full refund if we fail to resolve the issue with your device within the warranty period. However, in such cases, neither courier charges will be refunded nor paid by CelMetro. 

Out of Warranty:

•  Warranty will not be applicable if we found damage due to liquid ingress after our successful repair. Additionally, a warranty will not be applicable if we found damage due to physical abuse or tampering, or misuse inside or outside your device after our successful repair.

•  Warranty is not applicable for housing or accessories.

•  Warranty is not applicable if you produce your device to any service center other than CelMetro to do service or repair or any kind of modifications during our warranty period.
