Shipping and Return Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United Arab Emirates or Internationally using Smart Courier or the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based on your item(s) availability, the selected shipping method, and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.

Multiple bookings/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, location, and selected shipping method.

International Orders

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Return, Exchange Policy & Cancellations

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason our service or the products we deliver fall short of your expectation, we will do our best to make it right.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.

In case the following conditions are not met, CelMetro (www.celmetro.com) reserves the right to charge a fee or refuse the return.

– The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of the original purchase

– Items and packaging must be received in new condition

– The original manufacturer’s packaging must not be damaged

– Packaging must include all original items, manuals, etc.

– Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box

– Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt

Before returning the package, you need to contact celmetro.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use the phone number listed below or e-mail barsha@celmetro.com.

If you have an exchange for the same amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, traceable method to the address below.

Cancellations

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
