Warranty Terms & Conditions:

We are not an authorized services provider for Apple or Blackberry and we only support warranty for Samsung smartphones, tablets and gear.

We are also not a warranty support center for Apple or Blackberry. Clearly, if you have any questions about manufacturer’s warranty, please consult your manufacturer for support and services prior to bringing the product to us.

We however as an out-of-warranty repair service provider for brands and models mentioned on our website, we do provide warranty for the service rendered to the customers.

In Warranty:

We do not provide any warranty for iPhone LCD replacements with the base price. Customer will need to buy additional warranty at the time of repair from our support staff. Warranty coverage for the parts replaced will be clearly mentioned on the invoice.

For the devices repaired by us just for the parts we replaced. (It may vary from 0 days to 2 years depending on the parts replaced. It will be clearly mentioned on the invoice we provide after the service. You can get the information on the warranty period for a particular repair from our website too)

Warranty starts from the date of retuning your device after the successful completion of repair.

You are eligible to get a free pick-up and delivery within Dubai city limits in case your device fails and need a service within the warranty period. In case your location is out of Dubai city limit, you will have to bear the cost of courier (to and fro) to get it repaired from our service centre.

You are eligible to get a full refund in case we fail to fix the problem in your device during warranty period. In such cases, neither courier charges will be refunded nor paid by the CelMetro. 

Out of Warranty:

•  Warranty will not be applicable in case if we found damage due to liquid ingress after our successful repair.Warranty will not be applicable in case if we found damage due to physical abuse or tampering or misuse inside or outside of your device after our successful repair.

 Warranty is not applicable for housing or accessories.

•  Warranty is not applicable in case you produce your device to any service centre other than CelMetro to do service or repair or any kind of modifications during our warranty period.
