A 32-point post quality check will be performed to ensure the functionality of your device after the repair.
Once your device has passed post quality check, it will be ready for collection, your can either visit our store or schedule for a delivery.

You may opt for a pickup and delivery service if you are located in Dubai. Courier service is available if you live in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras AL Khaimah, or Fujairah.

No, we have chosen to stay independent from the Apple Authorized Service Provider Network while maintaining the quality of service you get from the Apple Authorized Service Center. It allows us to advance our technical expertise and innovation within the repair industry.
We use genuine parts in our repairs; they are the same parts that came with your device when it was new. The replacement part we provide as part of the repair may contain a new or previously used genuine Apple part that has been tested to ensure it meets functional requirements. This allows us to deliver the same high-quality service the repair industry can offer.
While we do not experience any data loss during any of our hardware repairs, we would still recommend completing an iTunes or iCloud backup before the repair as a good practice.
We charge for diagnostics if the estimate is rejected or the device is not repairable. And we do require preapproval for specific faults in some cases if we are confident that your device will be repaired during the diagnostics and repair process.
We specialize in chip-level repairs and have a very good success rate in fixing motherboards. As long as there is no history of any previous repair attempt on the motherboard, you have a good chance of getting it repaired from us.
At CelMetro, we have a fixed diagnosis fee, depending on your device. If the device is deemed not repairable, or you decide not to go ahead with the repair, in that case, the diagnostics fee will be applicable as a minimum cost for the services provided.
