There can be several factors that can cause your iPhone vibration not to work. So before taking it in for a repair, let us check if the vibrator is enabled in your iPhone:
1: Toggle the Silent switch toward the front of your iPhone.
2. Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and enable Vibrate on Ring. You can enable Vibrate on Silent if you want your iPhone to vibrate while in silent mode.
3. Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone > Vibration and select any vibration pattern. (selecting None will result in your iPhone not vibrating)
4. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch and enable Vibration.
If your iPhone still does not vibrate, it means that the vibrator motor in your iPhone is broken and needs to be repaired.
