About Francis
Francis Rodrigues is the author of CelMetro.com and a veteran of the mobile repair industry since 2002. Starting as a technician and progressing to senior operations leadership, he has personally completed thousands of successful repairs, including complex motherboard fixes and data recovery for iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks.
In December 2014, Francis designed, wrote, and launched a 500-page iteration of CelMetro.com to help customers understand repairs before they avail our services. He continues to plan, write, and update content, combining bench-level expertise with clear, customer-first guidance that supports trustworthy decision-making.
