Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Used this company for years for authentic Apple products like batteries and other phone parts. Not at the same place in JLT these days but still the same great service from people that know their job well and communicate clearly. Recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From 3 month I had battery issues that lead my iPade to shut off suddenly I took it to a shop like celmetro and they fixed it for me after 3 month the problem had came back , I was disappointed and took it back to the same shop the shop itself couldn’t fix the problem because they didn’t have the high proficiency of tech equipment after that I went to shard dg and they diagnostic and told me the mother board has short circuit issues and power usage issues , at that point I didn’t know which shop is the right until I searched about celmetro having 16 years of experience in high-chip repair and advance tech of apple products replacement, they contacted me with kind words and told me to bring the device to them. Their shop had many advance repair tools that surprised me the mother board issue repair took only about 14 hours and gave me discounts, after that I went with a will working iPade.

The problem I had was a complex repair in cpu that is risky for every technician shop but for celmetro nothing is impossible for them in my perspective.

I advice to any one have issue in their divide they should contact celmetro from their high quality level in repair

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an excellent experience with CellMetro and I genuinely recommend them.

Before coming here, I took my iPad to five different repair shops. Unfortunately, several of them made the situation worse components were removed or changed, the panel was replaced, and I was charged extra money without the actual problem being fixed.

When I finally brought the iPad to CellMetro, the experience was completely different. Within around two days, they managed to properly diagnose and fix the issue. They also took care of things that other repair shops had left incomplete, including putting the back plate back properly and making sure everything was assembled correctly. They even installed a screen protector for me.

After the repair, I had another issue with my keyboard, and they were still happy to help and fixed that for me as well.

The service was professional, helpful, and reliable from beginning to end. You can really tell that they care about doing the job properly instead of just taking your money.

After dealing with so many repair shops, I’m very happy I found CellMetro. Definitely one of the best places I’ve dealt with for device repair, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs their phone, tablet, or iPad repaired. 5 stars from me.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My iPhone stopped working all of a sudden and it didnt backup for more than a month. Apple store told me they have to replace the board and wipe all the data. I found CellMetro through search - and they actually fixed the phone within 6 hours in the same day - without wiping the data . Very professional team highly recommended

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took my water-damaged MacBook Pro to two other well-known repair centres, both of which told me it couldn’t be fixed. I then took it to CelMetro, and they confidently told me they had never been unable to repair a water-damaged MacBook—and they were absolutely right.

Unlike the other repair centres, CelMetro kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was happening. They also repaired my MacBook much faster, whereas I had spent weeks chasing the other companies for updates without getting anywhere.

Excellent communication, outstanding technical expertise, and a genuinely reliable service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CelMetro to anyone needing a MacBook repair.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There is no way to recommend CelMetro highly enough. After my iPad suddenly became stuck in a boot loop and then entered Recovery Mode, all of my files and memories were at risk of being lost because I had no backup. After visiting iSTYLE, I was told there was nothing they could do, so I searched for the best Apple repair technicians and found CelMetro.

Every question I had was answered promptly and confidently, and I immediately felt reassured that my iPad and, most importantly, my data were in the hands of true experts. I made the drive from Ras Al Khaimah to drop off my iPad, and just three hours later I received a text saying it was ready for collection—with all of my data intact.

They truly are the neurosurgeons of the Apple repair world. After just one experience with the team, I know they’ll be my first choice for any future tech repairs. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and exceptional technical expertise in recovering data that I foolishly hadn’t backed up.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recommended to me by Apple Store for difficult repairs. They are very professional and fix major motherboard issues that no one else can do. And all genuine parts and confidentiality/privacy of customer data is always respected.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Reliability: Solid job with my iPhone 14Pro battery replacement, the guys cleaned my phone & also installed a new tempered glass on the device.

Time: the device was ready for pickup an hour.

Cost: same as Apple stores (385AED).

Would love seeing these guys as official Apple support stores in the Apple Support App. Hassle free, reliable & solid value.
