If you are buying a pre-owned device, you probably want to ensure it’s in good condition before making a purchase. We provide diagnostics services for iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Laptops, and Gaming Consoles.
We can perform a quality check to test your device’s functions. Disassemble the device to check the condition of the internal components, look out for any signs of liquid damage or previous repair attempts, and run a quick technical diagnostics to troubleshoot any problems you may not be aware of.
We may need pre-approval in situations where we need to run thorough diagnostics. You won’t be charged the diagnostics fee if the device is successfully repaired. However, if the device is deemed not repairable, or you decide not to go ahead with the repair, in that case, the diagnostics fee will be applicable as a minimum cost for the services provided.
A quick diagnosis can be done under one hour, while a thorough diagnosis can take about 24 to 48 hours.
We use Genuine Parts in our repairs. This enables the delivery of the same high-quality service that the repair industry can offer.
We provide up to 12 Months warranty depending on the repair.
*Warranty is considered void if your device has accidental damage, liquid ingress, or user misuse.
The pricing in this chart is for diagnostics services and does not include any repair or replacement of any components. You will pay additional costs if you have any other problems with your device. The Diagnostics fee will be waived if you proceed with the repair. We offer up to a 50% discount on the second part and up to a 75% discount on the third part used for the same device.
All prices are in Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and include VAT. Accidental damage isn’t covered under our Limited Warranty.

Please call the store you will be visiting to check for stock availability before arriving. No appointments are required.
We provide pickup & delivery service for an additional fee if you are located within the city limits of Dubai.
Courier service is available if you live in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras AL Khaimah or Fujairah.
