Francis Rodrigues, author of CelMetro.com, has worked in the mobile repair industry since 2002. He began as a technician and advanced to senior operations leadership, completing thousands of repairs, including complex motherboard and data recovery work for iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks.
In December 2014, Francis designed, wrote, and launched a 500-page version of CelMetro.com to help customers understand repairs before using our services. He continues to develop and update content, combining technical expertise with clear, customer-focused guidance to support informed decisions.
